The Lost Luggage Library will be hitting the road this year!
The Lost Luggage Library is currently being constructed, but here are the proposed designs for the finished project.
It'll be available for festivals, community events, fetes, fairs and anywhere that has an outdoor space for this free to access creative sanctuary.
A library. A Theatre. A place to share skills.
Come read. Come watch. Come write. Listen to stories and share your own. All ages and voices welcome.
A library book nook.
The aim is to have a small selection of books available for a wide range of ages and in a few different languages, including English, Welsh, Bengali and French. All are welcome to sit, read a book and find a moment for themselves for as long as they wish.
A stage
The aim is curate a range of performances on The Lost Luggage Library stage. Interactive storytelling, music, puppetry, poetry and cabaret.
The Lost Luggage stage can also serve as a venue at festivals, for artists selected by Ink and Soul, or event organisers.
A workshop and sharing space
There will be space for paper craft and storytelling workshops where all abilities and ages will be welcome.
