The Lost Luggage Library
Puppetry. Performances! Books. WRITING. Sitting. Exploring? Outdoors Theatre!
The Lost Luggage Library is a radically accessible, immersive literary experience that invites audiences of all ages to come inside, slow down and connect with stories in their own way.
Housed within a lovingly refurbished horse trailer, it offers a multi-sensory, interactive space where there are no rules - people can read, play, make, explore or simply be. Noise, curiosity and creativity are not just welcomed, but celebrated!
Books and Beanbags...
At its heart is a beautifully designed reading space filled with books for all ages, inviting audiences to browse, relax and connect with stories at their own pace.

Explore and create...
Alongside this, drop-in creative writing workshops encourage audiences to actively participate, with playful, imaginative activities that can be tailored to complement the theme of your event.
We also bring working typewriters for everyone to experiment with and explore!

Puppetry and Performances...
The space can also host live performances, featuring interactive storytelling, puppetry and music performed by two professional artists on a small stage at the front of the trailer.
Created by award-winning writer and storyteller Louisa — founder of Ink and Soul C.I.C., who has worked with organisations including the Royal Shakespeare Company and Little Angel Theatre — the project combines high-quality artistic practice with a deeply inclusive, community-centred approach, offering programmers a distinctive and engaging addition to their event.

Please excuse these place holder images - these are just to give an idea of the performance set up. Real photos of recent events are incoming!
